Teaching for Impact (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website https://teachingforimpact.org (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We host the JMO Companion App on our Site. This app is provided for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose or treat any health problem or disease. The information contained within the app should not be used as a replacement for clinical judgment or to guide individual patient care in any manner.
