   The JMO Companion App is provided for educational purposes only and is not intended to be used for the diagnosis or treatment of any health problem or disease. The information contained within the app should not be used to replace clinical judgment or guide individual patient care in any manner. Neither Teaching for Impact nor any other party involved in the preparation, publication or distribution of the app shall be liable for any special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting in whole or part from any user’s use of or reliance upon the app and the information contained within. We provide no warranty that the information accessible from the app is accurate, up-to-date or complete and in no circumstance does the information constitute professional advice.
